Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Katherine was a senior attorney handling ground legal for a Massachusetts real estate investment trust company that manages and provides global wireless communications infrastructure. She previously worked as a zoning attorney at the same Massachusetts REIT. Before her advance into real estate law, Katherine worked as an article writer and legal support for a boutique family law firm in Boston. She has also served as legal intern for the Global Justice Center in Manhattan, the State's Attorney’s Office for Milford (CT) Superior Court and the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Vermont.

While earning her law degree, Katherine served as editor, production coordinator and grievance board member for the Vermont Law Review. A member of her school's moot court team, she was a finalist before the Vermont Supreme Court in the Debevoise Moot Court Competition, where she also earned the Best Brief Award, and a semifinalist in the 66th Annual Northeast Regional Moot Court Competition, where she had the Highest Scoring Respondent Brief. Additionally, Katherine was a Dean's Fellow, a teaching assistant, an observer delegate to the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21)  and a member of the International Law Society.

Katherine is a Massachusetts Notary Public.
