Biography

Kayli is an experienced attorney who supports clients in the oil and gas industry and businesses operating in the energy sector.

She regularly represents clients in disputes surrounding surface and subsurface damage claims, as well as claims involving contractual obligations. Kayli has successfully defended and obtained favorable judgments for oil and gas companies against lease cancellation and quiet title claims. She also analyzes Production Revenue Standards Act claims for clients to determine possible liability.

Formerly employed by two Fortune 500 exploration and production companies in Oklahoma City and a private-equity oil and gas company in Texas, Kayli brings to her practice a deep understanding of her clients' needs as well as the issues they face. In addition to her litigation work, Kayli counsels oil and gas clients on corporate matters, including:

Before Fox Rothschild

Kayli joined us after practicing at boutique law firms in Oklahoma City. She previously worked in-house for an oil and gas investment firm as A&D Manager, Land Manager and Assistant General Counsel. Kayli also worked in-house as a Landman for two Oklahoma-based petroleum and natural gas exploration and production companies.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Kayli was inducted into the Davidson Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022 for her accomplishments as a member of the college's Division 1 field hockey team.
