Biography
Kelsey advises clients on labor and employment issues, including regulatory compliance, and workplace policy and procedure.
She also defends employers in workplace litigation and provides advice on strategies to mitigate risk.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Kelsey joined us full-time after graduating from law school.
Kelsey is a former judicial extern to the Honorable Deborah Westbrook of the Nevada Court of Appeals and the Honorable Brenda Weksler, U.S. Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
At law school, Kelsey earned the Highest Pro Bono Honors and a CALI Award in Psychology and Lawyering. She was a member of the Society of Advocates Moot Court Team where she co-chaired the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Competition and was a quarterfinalist in the 2024 Williams Institute Moot Court Competition. Kelsey was also an Articles Editor of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal and President of the Organization of Women Law Students.
Kelsey taught elementary school before entering the legal profession.
