A seasoned commercial litigator with more than 35 years of experience, Kevin has represented Fortune 500 clients and other businesses in dozens of jury trials in state and federal court and in arbitration. 

Kevin's litigation experience spans multiple industries, including construction, software, hospitality, health care, manufacturing and consumer products and services. He has litigated cases in more than a dozen states and tried cases in Virginia, Michigan, Nebraska and Massachusetts, recovering more than $130 million for clients throughout his career. He has also argued appeals before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the Appeals Court of Massachusetts, the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
