Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected Kristen W. Broz to join its Class of Fellows and Sarah M. Rozek and Samia Young to participate in its Class of Pathfinders for 2024.

“We congratulate our colleagues on their selection to this dynamic initiative and pledge our support as they continue their commitment to drive change and promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the legal profession,” said Kimberly Bullock Gatling, Fox’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

The LCLD is comprised of over 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating a “truly diverse U.S. legal profession.”

The three Fox attorneys join a select group of lawyers recognized for their leadership potential. Alumni of the program have become general counsel, managing partners or judges who have opened their own firms.

In its 13th year, the Fellows Program prepares “diverse, high-potential mid-career attorneys” with professional and personal development initiatives, leadership training, networking resources and access to LCLD members including managing partners and general counsel.

Through the hybrid year-long program, Broz, a partner in the firm’s Washington D.C. office, will gain experience from top leaders within the legal profession and experts in the fields of learning, development and executive coaching.

In the seven-month Pathfinders program, Rozek, an associate in the firm’s Greensboro office, and Young, who is an associate in Fox’s Minneapolis office, will participate in a series of meetings and workshops designed to develop foundational leadership skills and provide resources for relationship building.
