Fox Rothschild congratulates Kimberly Bullock Gatling, who received the Community Impact Award during the UNCF Triad “A Mind Is…” Reception.

Gatling was recognized for her contributions to the Triad region and commitment to supporting educational opportunities for future generations.

“I am deeply honored to receive the Community Impact Award. I’m grateful to UNCF for its unwavering commitment to empowering students, and I’m proud to be part of a community that believes so strongly in investing in future generations,” she said.

The evening brought together community leaders to support the five UNCF member institutions in North Carolina and the students they serve. UNCF works to increase the number of underrepresented students who earn college degrees by providing scholarships, supporting HBCUs and advocating for strong educational policies.

As the Chief Cultural Engagement Officer at Fox, Gatling works to develop and implement programs and policies that support the firm’s commitment to the principles of equal opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability, and to cultural engagement at all levels throughout the firm.

Throughout her career, she has invested in the community through service and leadership with numerous organizations. Notably, she serves on the Board of Trustees for her alma mater, North Carolina A&T State University, where she is the immediate past chair.

Gatling’s work to empower future leaders embodies the mission of Generation Fox, the firm’s community service initiative focused on supporting youth in ways that have a meaningful, lasting impact.
