Kimberly Bullock Gatling Selected to Black Business Ink’s Power 100 List
Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Kimberly Bullock Gatling on her selection to Black Business Ink’s Power 100 List.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Black Business Ink recognized “100 of the most influential leaders from across North Carolina in a variety of sectors, including educators, healthcare professionals, politicians, clergy and other professions and organizations.”
Serving as the firm’s first Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Gatling works to develop and implement programs and policies that support the firm’s goals of increasing and promoting a diverse workforce and inclusive environment at all levels throughout the firm.
Under Gatling’s leadership, she launched a diversity, equity and inclusion strategy with comprehensive diversity training for top firm management and managers firmwide.
Since Gatling has assumed this leadership position, the firm has received several DEI-related certifications and recognitions.
Gatling serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Cone Health Foundation and as a Director for Truliant Federal Credit Union. Additionally, she is a Trustee for North Carolina A&T State University, serving as Secretary. She also previously chaired the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Greensboro and served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity and the Gateway Research Center.
