Biography
Kim focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance matters in the gaming industry.
She assists clients involved in brick-and-mortar and internet gaming, including esports companies, gaming vendors, sports betting operators, internet gaming marketing affiliates and casino licensees.
Kim handles licensing compliance and regulatory approvals across the U.S. She also supports clients with:
- License applications.
- Compliance programs and ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Regulatory and compliance investigations.
- Enforcement actions.
- Regulatory due diligence.
- Competitive RFPs and licensing processes.
- Emerging issues in esports, fantasy sports, skill-based gaming, internet gaming and sports betting.
- Operational matters and regulatory approvals.
- Business structuring.
- Transactional and contract matters, including regulatory approvals.
- Hearings and other matters before regulatory agencies.

Kim is part of the Advisory Council for Seton Hall Law School’s annual Gaming Law, Compliance, and Integrity Bootcamp that educates new attorneys in the gaming practice.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Kim was a law clerk to the Honorable Jamie D. Happas, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part. She worked as a summer associate for a Florham Park, New Jersey law firm.
During law school, she interned in the Office of the Sullivan County (NY) District Attorney, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Steven C. Mannion, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
