In the midst of changes and uncertainty in the legal environment, how have parties and the NLRB adjusted their handling of representational campaign issues? Union practitioners will describe recent experiences with organizing drives, while management practitioners will discuss responses to those efforts. The practitioners and an NLRB Regional Office representative will also review the impact of the Board’s current Representation Case Rules, including consideration of stipulation election agreement negotiations, pre-election hearings, and blocking charges.
