A member of Fox's Litigation Department, Kirsten assists clients in resolving a broad range of complex commercial disputes.

With nearly a decade of litigation experience, Kirsten represents owners, developers, builders, general contractors and design professionals in construction-related matters. She also represents individuals and companies in litigation involving breach of contract, business torts and shareholder disputes, and has additional experience in the areas of real estate, employment, class actions, environmental law and toxic torts, and white-collar defense and internal investigations.

Kirsten counsels clients on all phases of litigation — from before a complaint is ever filed, through trial — anticipating issues, navigating challenges and developing effective strategies. She has litigated matters in both state and federal courts as well as private arbitrations.
