Fox Rothschild welcomes Kirsten N. Kube to the Denver office as Counsel in the Litigation Department.

With nearly a decade of litigation experience, Kube assists clients in resolving a broad range of complex commercial disputes.

She represents owners, developers, builders, general contractors and design professionals in construction-related matters. She also represents individuals and companies in litigation involving breach of contract, business torts and shareholder disputes, and has additional experience in the areas of real estate, employment, class actions, environmental law and toxic torts, and white-collar defense and internal investigations.

Kube counsels clients on all phases of litigation — from before a complaint is ever filed, through trial — anticipating issues, navigating challenges and developing effective strategies. She has litigated matters in both state and federal courts as well as private arbitrations.

Kube earned her M.A.S. from the University of California, San Diego, her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Virginia Tech.
