Biography
Kristen focuses her taxation and wealth planning practice on counseling nonprofits.
She assists with formation, compliance, reorganization and corporate best practices. Kristen also counsels corporate fiduciaries and individual trustees on trust administration issues and assists individuals with their estate and tax planning needs.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Kristen joined us full-time after earning her law degree.
She held legal internships with various nonprofits and a national media company. Kristen was a staff editor and later note and comment editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
