Biography
Lauren is a seasoned trial attorney with over ten years of experience representing businesses in a full range of intellectual property litigation, transactional and counseling matters.
Lauren focuses her practice on developing creative strategies and solutions for her clients in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters. Lauren holds an engineering degree and has experience representing clients in a broad range of industries, including:

Her clients range from Fortune 100 companies to startups.
She has appeared on behalf of clients in local, federal and appellate courts as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. Lauren also represents clients in TTAB, USPTO, and UDRP proceedings.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Lauren was a senior associate at Leason Ellis LLP, a boutique intellectual property law firm in New York. Before that, she was a New York-based associate in the intellectual property practice group of a large international law firm.
Lauren earned her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a staff editor and senior staff editor of the NYU Environmental Law Journal.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Lauren is Co-Chair for the Working Mothers Subcommittee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association's (AIPLA) Women in IP Law Committee. She provides pro bono representation to veterans seeking Combat-Related Special Compensation benefits, nonprofits and startups in trademark disputes and drafts amicus briefs for trade organizations such as the NYIPLA and INTA. Lauren also is involved in her local community, volunteering with Paws Across Pittsburgh, a nonprofit foster-based animal rescue.
