Biography
An associate in our Corporate Department and member of our Financial Services Industry, Mergers & Acquisitions and Health Law Practice Groups, Lauren focuses her practice on advising clients across a range of industries — including financial services and health care.
Lauren provides comprehensive legal counsel on matters involving day-to-day operations, joint ventures, corporate governance, finance, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate the evolving legal landscape and achieve their business objectives.
Before Fox Rothschild
Lauren was a summer associate who joined us full time upon graduating from law school.
She has a background in the sciences. Before entering the legal field, Lauren worked as medical researcher, including as a research training fellow at the National Cancer Institute.
She was previously a legal intern at Penn State Health and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She also worked as a law clerk for a firm in central Pennsylvania.
During law school, Lauren was the lead teaching assistant for the Penn State Dickinson Law Legal Writing Program. She was also a Comments Editor for the Dickinson Law Review as well as a member of the Health Law Society and the Women’s Law Caucus. She received the Joseph Leyburn Kramer Award and the Jack M. Mumford Health Law Scholarship.
