Biography
Lindsay advises clients on a broad range of real estate financing matters and assists with the structuring of joint venture, preferred equity and land banking transactions.
She guides clients through complicated real estate transactions from start to finish, including bridge, mezzanine and construction loan originations. Lindsay facilitates clients’ repurchase agreements and collateralized loan obligation issuances. She prepares and negotiates documentation for all aspects of deals and reviews easements, entitlements and related matters. Lindsay also provides advice on issues that may arise from title, survey and other due diligence.
Lindsay has significant experience representing mortgage banking clients nationwide originating, selling and servicing loan transactions sold to secondary market investors through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD programs.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Lindsay practiced at Minnesota law firms representing businesses and municipalities.
She previously worked as a real estate development officer for a nonprofit community development corporation.
Lindsay is a former judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gordon Moore of Minnesota's Fifth Judicial District Court.
