Biography
Lindsey advises gaming industry clients on a broad range of licensing, regulatory compliance and transactional issues.
A former Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey, she has significant experience navigating regulatory and statutory compliance issues in relation to complex commercial transactions, risk mitigation and litigation strategy.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Lindsey was a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey. Before that, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard L. Hertzberg of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.
While earning her law degree, Lindsey was a special and summer law clerk for the Honorable Joy C. Lobrano of the State of Louisiana Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also interned for the New Jersey Office of Legislative Services. Lindsey was also senior notes and comments editor for Tulane University Law School's The Sports Lawyer Journal and participated in the Intra-School Baseball Arbitration Competition team.
