Fox Rothschild congratulates Gaurav S. Gupte and Alison Gutierrez, who were appointed to the PLDIC Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB).

The program is run through the Pittsburgh Legal Diversity & Inclusion Coalition (PLDIC), which promotes inclusion within the Pittsburgh legal community and educates local legal employers on the hiring and retention of legal professionals from a variety of backgrounds.

As members of the YPAB, Gupte and Gutierrez will each serve a three-year term, attending board meetings on a quarterly basis. The board provides advice to the PLDIC on issues that are particularly important to new attorneys to help inform the development of PLDIC programming and resources.

Gupte, an Associate in our Litigation Department, advises clients in all stages of the dispute resolution process. He assists clients with commercial disputes and helps clients develop strategies to mitigate future claims. Gupte also has experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies/venture capital transactions, corporate governance disputes, international trade law and regulatory compliance.

Gutierrez, an Associate in our Litigation Department, represents businesses in a range of commercial disputes, employment law matters and toxic tort litigation. She advises clients at all stages of the litigation process, from inception to resolution, before state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings.
