Biography
Loren is a corporate attorney representing emerging growth companies in the fields of software, pharma, biotech and commercial space on venture capital financings and M&A. He is Chair of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the Fashion Industry Practice.
Loren is the Board Chair of the nonprofit Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center, one of the nation’s most successful life sciences incubators. The PABC is a 110,000 square foot facility dedicated to the creation of a world-class biotechnology center; to the promotion of regional economic development and job creation; and to the education and training of tomorrow’s researchers.
He is also a Board Member of the nonprofit Baruch S. Blumberg Institute, an independent nonprofit research institute established in 2003. The Baruch S. Blumberg Institute is one of the nation’s leading centers for translational research in hepatitis B and liver cancer, and supports drug discovery, biomarker discovery and translational biotechnology.
Loren is a founder of the Delaware Crossing Investor Group, an angel investor network that has invested in more than 75 companies.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Loren invests his free time in the belief that ETH will challenge BTC for store of value, mRNA therapies that encode cancer-specific proteins will be used to treat liver cancer, and MFC will win a continental treble.
