Biography
Luke represents clients in commercial litigation, guiding them through all stages of the dispute resolution process.
He also provides risk management advice, assisting businesses in adopting strategies to avoid future litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Luke was a summer associate at Fox and joined us full-time after earning his law degree.
During law school, Luke was an editorial staff member for the Wake Forest Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board and a member of the National Trial Team. He also participated in the Appellate Advocacy Clinic. He previously interned with U.S. Magistrate Judge David Cayer of the Western District of North Carolina.
