Biography
Lydia guides clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process, from inception through trial.
She has assisted in a broad range of complex business disputes and labor and employment matters.
Lydia also handles disputes involving trusts and estates in Civil and Orphans’ Court, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, will contests, trust disputes, guardianship actions and various other controversies involving trust and estate administration.
Before Fox Rothschild
During law school, Lydia was a summer associate at Fox and joined us full-time after earning her law degree. She also interned for the Honorable Richard A. Lloret of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Lydia was Staff Editor and Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. She was also a 1L and 2L Representative to the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
Prior to law school, Lydia worked for several years as a commercial litigation paralegal at a regional law firm.
During her undergraduate studies, Lydia interned with the Suffolk County (NY) Legal Aid Society. She was also a member of Franklin and Marshall College’s Women Volleyball Team, serving as captain during both her junior and senior year.
