Biography
A litigator, Madeleine represents clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit advice through trial and appeal.
Maddie handles employment matters and employment litigation. She also represents companies in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters.
She also advises clients on strategies to mitigate litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Madeleine joined us full-time after earning her law degree.
She previously clerked for a Minneapolis-based boutique labor and employment law firm. Madeleine served as an Articles Editor for her school's law review. During law school, Madeleine participated in the Mitchell Hamline Health Law Clinic where she represented clients in health care and immigration matters. Madeleine received the Excellence in Employment Law award from the Minnesota Student Bar Association.
