Biography
Dedicated to family law since the day she entered law school, Madison helps clients resolve complex legal problems related to marriage, separation and parenting.
She represents clients in matters involving:
- Divorce.
- Child custody and support.
- Spousal support.
- Property division.
- Marital settlements.
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Parentage.
- Domestic violence.
Madison brings a deep understanding of complex family law issues and a steadfast commitment to client advocacy. She appreciates the sensitive nature of her clients' cases and works closely with them to develop effective and innovative solutions.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining us, Madison was an associate at a boutique family law firm in Beverly Hills, where she represented high-net-worth clients in a broad range of matters.
While earning her law degree, Madison clerked for the Honorable Amy M. Pellman, the Supervising Judge for the Family Law Division of the Los Angeles Superior Court. In addition to her clerkship, she interned for multiple family law firms in Los Angeles and performed pro bono work at LevittQuinn, a nonprofit family law clinic that serves low-income families. Madison was a member of Loyola Law School's Collaborative Family Law Clinic and was President of the Child and Family Law Society.
