Biography
Madison is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and advises clients on a variety of finance, regulatory and transactional matters, with a focus on corporate, banking and health care.
She counsels businesses on general corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure and entity formation. In addition, Madison represents financial institutions, including local and regional banks and credit unions, in business, regulatory, consumer lending issues and in a variety of lending transactions.
As a member of the firm’s Health Law Practice, she advises health care entities and medical professionals on issues that include compliance with a range of state and federal laws and regulations, including medical spa structuring and regulatory compliance.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Madison was a tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she worked on corporate tax structuring for large mergers, acquisitions and internal restructurings.
During law school, Madison was a certified legal intern with the Villanova Law Tax Clinic and a law clerk at a boutique law firm in the Philadelphia suburbs. She also served as a Legal Fellow for Villanova's Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law and helped facilitate and organize the 2017 Fourth Annual Game Day Sports Case Competition. Madison was the Managing Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Madison played soccer at Boston University and was a member of the 2010 and 2011 America East Championship teams and 2013 Patriot League Championship team. She mentors student athletes at her alma mater through the Terrier Network Mentoring Program. An active member of her community, Madison also volunteers her time as a coach for FC DELCO soccer club’s pre-academy program.
