Biography
A skilled litigator, Marc represents clients in commercial, corporate and white-collar criminal matters in state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation. He also represents clients in internal and government investigations.
He represents entities and individuals in trial and appellate courts in matters involving:

- Corporate Disputes
- Bankruptcy
- Securities
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Class Actions
Marc also counsels clients through criminal, regulatory and internal investigations and advises on strategies to mitigate risk.
Before Fox Rothschild
Marc was an operations analyst for a multinational investment bank and financial services company before entering the legal profession.
While earning his law degree, Marc interned for the University of Virginia Health System and served on the Editorial Board of the University of Virginia School of Law's Journal of Law and Politics.
Marc joined Fox after several years as a litigator in the New York office of a global law firm.
