A Fox Rothschild corporate team, led by Douglas J. Zeltt and Peter F. Kelly, represented H.M. Royal, Inc., a 101-year-old specialty distributor of rubber, plastics and adhesive additives, in its sale to Univar Solutions, a global specialty chemical and ingredient distributor.

H.M. Royal is a long-established, family-owned distributor of raw materials and chemicals that offers over 1,000 chemical grades and services to customers across transportation, electronics, medical, construction, agriculture, mining and industrial markets. With warehouses across the country, it’s known for its technical knowledge, reliable supply capabilities and customer support.

The acquisition expands Univar Solutions’ product access, technical support and supply continuity for customers and supplier partners, while building on both companies’ century-long legacies of service.
