Fox Rothschild congratulates Gregory G. Holland on his certification by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission (DRC) to conduct mediations in North Carolina Superior Court matters.

As a certified Superior Court mediator, Holland can be a neutral mediator in civil disputes. The role supports North Carolina’s court system by giving litigants a structured process for resolving complex matters while conserving judicial time and resources.

Certification requires applicants to demonstrate good moral character, complete at least a 40-hour Mediated Settlement Conference training program and observe two mediations. The DRC certifies and regulates mediators who serve North Carolina’s courts, ensuring they meet the standards required to guide parties through the mediation process.

Holland, a partner in the Litigation Department, represents national corporations and businesses in complex commercial, antitrust, intellectual property and products liability matters in state and federal courts in North Carolina and other jurisdictions. His experience in trials and appeals provides a practical perspective on the legal considerations that shape high-stakes disputes.

Holland is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society. He is also on the Steering Committee for the Defense Research Institute’s Commercial and IP Litigation sections.
