Biography

Sarah advises and assists businesses in corporate transactions, commercial agreements and regulatory matters. Her work spans mergers and acquisitions, contracts, health care regulatory filings and data privacy compliance.

For some clients, particularly closely held businesses in the health care and consumer sectors, Sarah serves as outside general counsel, resolving day-to-day problems as they arise and providing practical advice on governance, operations and deal-making. Clients rely on her to anticipate risk, manage complexity and provide strategic guidance that aligns with long-term goals.

Sarah advises clients on business formation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and the full range of commercial agreements. Her experience includes buy- and sell-side transactions, bridge loan financings and entity structuring for multi-generational family businesses.

Sarah advises clients on privacy notices, data processing agreements and vendor management. She also conducts privacy due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, working on both buy- and sell-side transactions. Beyond Fox Rothschild

A longtime resident of Hunterdon County, Sarah is engaged in her community’s local agriculture and youth development. She serves as a Director of the Hunterdon County 4-H and Agricultural Fair Committee and volunteers as a judge for 4-H public speaking and record book contests. She also chairs the County Dairy Promotion Council. A former youth basketball coach, she remains committed to empowering young people in her community.

Before Fox Rothschild

Sarah was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild after her second year of law school. In her final year, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Dickinson Law Review and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.

During law school, she served as an intern to Judge Thomas A. Placey in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. She also worked as a legal intern for the Office of General Counsel for the United States Department of Agriculture.
