Biography
A member of the firm’s Real Estate Department, Maria focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions across a variety of asset classes and financing structures.
Her experience includes matters relating to acquisition, development and sale of real property, as well as the operation of real estate assets.
Before Fox Rothschild
Before joining us, Maria worked at a Fortune Global 500 financial services company and practiced at Minneapolis-based law firms. While in law school, Maria served as a Certified Legal Intern at Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center’s Community Development Clinic and was a summer associate at a regional Mid-Atlantic law firm. Maria received the highest grade in the course Environmental Governance and the Private Sector.
