A highly experienced corporate and mergers and acquisitions lawyer, Marilyn finds strategic legal solutions to her clients' problems based on their specific business goals — saving them time and money.
Lauded for her responsiveness, Marilyn maintains clear and constant communications with her clients, guiding them through all stages of their corporate life. She works with public and private companies — including government contractors and cannabis businesses. Her practice includes advice on commercial contracts and corporate governance in addition to mergers & acquisitions.

She is a former partner for a global law firm and served as acting general counsel for a computer hardware company.
Before attending law school, Marilyn worked in banking and investments.
