Biography

Mark concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation matters in the Philadelphia region, representing clients in a broad range of business disputes, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, trade secret misappropriation, business torts and employment law matters.

He counsels clients across all phases of the litigation process, from pre-suit case assessment and discovery through motions practice, depositions, trial preparation and appeals.

As a native Russian speaker, Mark also assists clients of Eastern European origin in pursuing and evaluating their business litigation requirements.

Before Fox Rothschild

Before joining the firm, Mark practiced at two mid-Atlantic law firms. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Mark is active in civic life, serving as Ward Leader for the Philadelphia Ninth Ward Republican Committee, covering Philadelphia’s Chestnut Hill and Mount Airy neighborhoods. Additionally, he was elected Assistant Treasurer of the Philadelphia Republican City Committee in 2026. He is a former nationally ranked fencer and serves as a fencing referee at the USFA, NCAA and NJSIAA levels.
