Biography
Naomi advises clients on a full range of corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.
Before Fox Rothschild
A former summer associate, Naomi joined us full-time after earning her law degree. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Laura Thomas of the 4th Judicial District of Minnesota and for the Honorable Wendy Tien of the Minnesota Tax Court.
Naomi also held a legal externship with an international beauty industry company, held a summer associate position at an international law firm and was a legal ethics and compliance intern at an international data storage hardware manufacturer.
