Biography

Natasha handles a full range of complex commercial real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions, leasing and financing of commercial real estate.

She represents sellers and purchasers in deals involving office buildings, industrial complexes, shopping centers, warehouses, and the sale and acquisition of substantial real estate portfolios. Natasha also works with developers on a variety of commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use projects.

Natasha helps clients secure construction loans, mezzanine loans, refinancings and preferred equity financing, as well as ancillary financing. She also structures joint ventures for investment in commercial real estate and handles the preparation and negotiation of organizational documents, such as operating agreements, partnership agreements, private placement memorandums and subscription agreements.

Natasha provides pro bono representation through Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), the leading international non-governmental organization devoted to the protection of unaccompanied and separated children. She has represented unaccompanied minors in connection with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) proceedings in Family Court and in the United States Immigration Court with respect to removal proceedings and legal procedures to obtain legal status in the United States.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Natasha was a summer associate at the firm for two consecutive summers. While studying at Rutgers Law School, she served as Alumni Chair for the Association of Latin-American Law Students and Co-Chair and Treasurer of the LGBTQ Law Caucus. She also participated in the Constitutional Law/International Human Rights Clinic, Street Law, the LGBTQ Pro Bono Project, and the Rutgers Law Minority Student Program (where she was a contract teaching fellow, providing academic support and legal skills development for a diverse group of students in the area of contract law). Natasha also served as Managing Intake Coordinator for the Rutgers Law Associates firm, managing and supervising intake coordinators.

As an undergraduate at Rutgers University, Natasha worked as a student assistant in the Women's and Gender Studies office and interned with The Honorable Alberto Rivas of Middlesex County Superior Court.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Natasha remains active with her alma mater, Rutgers Law School, where she assists with the Minority Student Program in a variety of ways to help law students in underrepresented groups to find a career path.
