Biography

A member of the firm's Litigation Department, Nathan focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, regulatory compliance and complex commercial litigation.

Nathan has represented institutional and individual clients in complex civil and white collar criminal matters involving securities litigation, antitrust compliance and alleged economic crimes. He has extensive experience representing clients in connection with investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Nathan has tried cases in state and federal court, including multiple federal criminal jury trials and is well-versed in all phases of litigation.

Nathan maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently served as lead trial counsel during the four-day bench trial of a pro bono civil matter, obtaining a full defense verdict on all claims for his client.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Nathan was an associate at an international law firm. During that time, he also completed a secondment at Her Justice, Inc., an organization that provides legal representation to low-income women in custody, support, family offense and matrimonial proceedings. In 2017, Nathan received a Commitment to Justice Award from Her Justice for work involving the pro bono representation of a domestic abuse survivor in matrimonial proceedings.

During law school, Nathan was an extern at the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and a summer associate at an international law firm.
