Biography
Nate advises and represents clients in connection with a variety of high-stakes complex commercial disputes with a focus on antitrust, class actions, breach of contract, business torts and appellate advocacy.
More than a litigator, Nate is a counselor. He approaches each engagement pragmatically, recognizing that his clients’ objectives are unique and often extend beyond their immediate dispute resolution needs. As a result, Nate tailors each representation to his clients’ goals – carefully balancing them with strategic advocacy to obtain a favorable resolution as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
