With more than 35 years of experience, Neal’s practice spanned all aspects of civil, commercial and corporate litigation in the state and federal courts in Delaware, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, financial and construction litigation.

He represented local, regional and national clients including:

  • Insurance carriers
  • Broad-based investors
  • Construction contractors, developers
  • Subcontractors and suppliers
  • Commercial collectors

Neal tried and arbitrated a wide variety of complex business litigation matters, including injunctions. He was experienced in handling:

  • Multi-party insurance coverage actions
  • Pollution exclusion claims
  • Directors’ and officers’ liability
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Books and records demands and actions
  • Errors and omission disputes
  • Bond and indenture disputes
  • Employment litigation, including restrictive covenants
  • Commercial construction litigation, representing developers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Commercial landlord-tenant disputes
  • Commercial real estate disputes

Neal formerly served as managing partner of the firm's Wilmington office and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee for 10 years.

Before Fox Rothschild

Neal was an associate with a large Wilmington firm prior to joining Fox. In 1987, he formed a partnership formerly known as Agostini, Levitsky, Isaacs & Kulesza, for which he was the managing partner. In law school, Neal was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and a legal intern for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
