Fox Rothschild welcomes Candace C. Chuck to the Seattle office as counsel in the Litigation Department.

Chuck concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes and professional liability defense in Seattle and throughout Washington state. She represents businesses, insurers and individuals in matters ranging from construction defect and homeowners association claims to business torts, director and officer liability, and personal injury claims.

She has secured significant results in Washington state and federal courts, including summary judgment dismissals, vacatur of default judgments, and favorable outcomes before the Washington Court of Appeals. Chuck also counseled clients on construction licensing, permitting and regulatory compliance issues.

Chuck serves as co-chair of the Committee for Outreach to Young Lawyers of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.

She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her B.S. from Tulane University.

Prior to joining Fox, Chuck was senior counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani.
