FDA and Life Sciences Regulatory Attorney Marc Wagner Joins Fox Rothschild in Washington, DC

Fox Rothschild welcomes Marc N. Wagner as a Partner in the Corporate Department in the firm's Washington, DC office.

Wagner advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, dietary supplement, food and healthcare companies on a broad range of FDA and DEA regulatory compliance, enforcement and transactional matters. His practice spans the full product lifecycle, from development and commercialization through inspections, investigations and post-market compliance.

Wagner counsels clients across the healthcare and life sciences industries on complex federal and state regulatory requirements. He represents pharmaceutical manufacturers, outsourcing facilities, compounding pharmacies, wholesale distributors, third-party logistics providers, healthcare providers and other regulated entities navigating FDA and DEA compliance obligations, regulatory enforcement matters and strategic transactions.

He regularly represents clients in high-stakes government investigations and enforcement matters involving the FDA, DEA, the Department of Justice, state attorneys general and state regulatory agencies. He guides companies through inspections, import detentions, warning letters, product seizures, injunction actions and other regulatory proceedings, helping clients resolve complex compliance issues while minimizing business disruption.

Wagner also advises private equity sponsors, strategic investors and life sciences companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions.

A former licensed pharmacist, Wagner brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his practice, combining legal, regulatory and industry experience to help clients address evolving business and compliance challenges.

Wagner earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, his M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, and his Pharm.D. and B.S. from the University of the Sciences Philadelphia College of Pharmacy.

Prior to joining Fox, Wagner was an attorney with BakerHostetler.
