Fox Rothschild Ranked in Top 8% of Law Firms for Client Service
Fox Rothschild is ranked in the top 8% of all law firms for delivering superior client service in the BTI Consulting Group’s 2024 Client Service A-Team Survey.
In its survey, BTI interviewed corporate legal decision makers to determine which law firms they recognize “for delivering the absolute best client service on a consistent basis.”
Fox was touted for inspiring trust, delivering quality and being “easy to work with.” The firm also earned high marks for including clients early in strategy, “value for the dollar” and a commitment to help.
Now in its 23rd year, the annual BTI survey evaluates law firms on the basis of 17 objective ranking factors. Overall, Fox was ranked as distinguished for “clientopia,” a term that BTI defines as “relationship bliss” that exists between clients and the law firms they consider their “most valued and trusted providers.”
The findings in the BTI survey bolster the independent research conducted in Fox’s recent branding initiative, in which clients lauded the firm’s excellent client service as a key differentiator.
