Fox Rothschild Recommits to Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Certification Process

Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce that we’re reaffirming our commitment to Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Certification for 2024-2025.

Mansfield is a year-long, rigorous and structured certification process designed to promote more fair and equitable leadership and advancement opportunities firmwide. More than 356 firms have committed to the program in this cycle.

Diversity Lab, a hub for developing innovative ideas and solutions that enhances diversity and inclusion in law, uses data, behavioral science and technology to develop and test ideas, measure results and share insights with participating firms.

For the 2024-2025 year, Mansfield calls for:

  • A commitment to transparent, clear and easily accessible advancement processes and leadership role descriptions.
  • Ensuring a broad slate of lawyers is considered for leadership roles and advancement opportunities.
  • Fostering a culture of inclusivity through the Disability Inclusion Commitments.

Data has demonstrated that year-over-year participation in the Mansfield program leads to significant progress in developing inclusive talent practices and diversifying leadership ranks at law firms.
