Fox Rothschild Scores Dual Awards for Workplace Well Being
Fox Rothschild and its Well-Being Chair, Cathy Youngman, have earned two honors recognizing the firm’s commitment to workplace well‑being.
The firm received a Gold-Level Healthy Workforce Designation by Cigna Healthcare®, and Youngman was selected as a finalist in the Mental Health & Well Being Initiative category of the 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards.
“These recognitions affirm that well-being is central to how we lead and how we serve,” said Firmwide Managing Partner Todd Rodriguez. “Through Fox Live Well and Catherine Youngman’s leadership as our Well-Being Chair, we’re building a workplace that helps our attorneys and business professionals thrive.”
Cigna awarded Fox its Gold Level Healthy Workforce Designation for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving employee health and vitality through the firm’s workplace well-being program, Fox Live Well.
Launched in the fall of 2024, Fox Live Well is the next generation of the firm’s previous two wellness and benefits initiatives: Fox Fit and Well and For Your Benefit. Focused on integrating well-being into firm culture, the program offers robust resources to help cultivate an environment that prioritizes health, champions balance, and values the journey shared by the attorneys and business professionals of the firm.
Cigna commended the Fox Live Well program for multiple strengths: workforce insights, strategy and culture, dimensions of vitality, and engagement and experience. Cigna specifically highlighted how the firm’s well-being program:
- Actively incorporates employee feedback into well-being strategies, ensuring initiatives resonate with workforce needs and enhance overall experience.
- Offers an incentive strategy to extrinsically motivate or reward taking healthy actions.
- Developed a creative initiative to foster a sense of community/togetherness by incorporating program/benefit communications and social connection via storytelling.
Youngman, who has served as the firm’s Well-Being Chair since the launch of the Fox Live Well program, was among the finalists in the Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards who were honored for demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of mental health and well-being within their firm or organization. She has played a pivotal role in advocating for policies, programs and initiatives that support the emotional, psychological and overall well-being of the attorneys and business professionals at Fox.
