As Firmwide Managing Partner, Todd is responsible for management of the day-to-day operations of the firm, including its administrative departments, practice group leaders, department chairs and office managing partners.

Todd is a former Co-Chair of the firm’s Health Law Practice and has represented health care providers, including physicians, medical group practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic testing facilities and other health care practitioners such as dentists, chiropractors and veterinarians for more than 20 years.

He is a regulatory and transactional health care attorney who focuses on fraud and abuse compliance, Medicare Part B reimbursement, managed care, corporate and contracting issues, network development arrangements, joint venture structuring and implementation, health care business sales and acquisitions and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy issues.

Todd has extensive experience representing physicians and health professionals in all aspects of medical practice including employment arrangements, medical practice buy-ins/pay-outs, income division, practice mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, corporate governance and consulting on operational and business planning issues.

Additionally, Todd is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and a former Managing Partner of the firm’s Exton office.
