Fox Rothschild congratulates Bridget A. Sykes, who was named to the 2024 class of 20 Under 40 honorees by the Greater Atlantic City Chamber.

The annual list, part of the organizations Business Excellence Awards program, spotlights the “young, dynamic leaders under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of the region.”

Sykes, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, is a New Jersey native who serves as a liaison between the real estate industry and the communities of the Jersey Shore.

She represents owners, developers and lenders in complex real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial, mixed-use and multifamily residential development projects. She also represents institutional and private lenders in financing transactions.

Since joining the firm in 2015, Sykes has played an integral role in changing Atlantic City’s trajectory while diversifying the economy. Owners and developers in the region rely on her to secure financing, permits and approvals for a variety of commercial and residential projects. She recently represented an electric vehicle operator in obtaining necessary land use approvals to expand their charging network in Atlantic County, making the region more electric-vehicle friendly.

Active in the community, Sykes is a Committee Member and Volunteer Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City. She helps plan and execute the organization’s largest annual fundraising event, Golf Fore Kids. She is also a Board Member of the Southern New Jersey Development Council.
