A Delaware Superior Court Judge recently dismissed a complaint brought by Lima Delta Co. against Global Aerospace Inc., National Indemnity Co. and four other insurers over coverage of a 2012 airplane crash in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The judge ruled in favor of a first-filed action brought by the insurers in Georgia state court in which Lima Delta Co. failed to file a complaint until 21 months after Global Aerospace Inc.

Fox Rothschild’s Seth Niederman represented Global Aerospace, National Indemnity and the 4 other insurance companies in the dispute.
