Seth focuses his practice on litigating complex commercial disputes.

A tireless advocate, he represents businesses and individuals in the state and federal courts throughout Delaware. He regularly appears in the Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Seth also regularly handles title-related disputes on behalf of title insurance companies and their insureds throughout the state of Delaware.

Recognizing that people sometimes have different ideas of what constitutes success, Seth looks at each case individually. From there, he partners with clients to develop cost-effective strategies to obtain favorable resolutions – whether through trial, arbitration, or settlement.

In addition to corporate clients, Seth often represents litigation trustees and creditor committees in disputes arising out of bankruptcy proceedings. He also is experienced in representing primary and excess layer insurance carriers as coverage counsel in complex matters involving directors and officers insurance and other liability policies.
