Fox Rothschild congratulates Jocelyn Mendez on her appointment as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Young Lawyers’ Steering Committee (YLC). She will serve a one-year term.

Known as the largest global membership organization for legal professionals, DRI is dedicated to defending the interests of businesses and individuals in civil litigation.

In her new role, Mendez will oversee and support the goals of several diversity and inclusion subcommittees. She will author diversity related articles for DRI publications, help plan a D&I activity for the fly-in meeting and help recruit, engage and support diverse members of the YLC.

An associate in the Litigation Department, Mendez represents businesses in a variety of commercial and workplace disputes. She advises employers on matters involving hiring, termination, employee benefits and workplace policy and procedure.
