Fox Rothschild congratulates Martina Lee-Grice, Office Administrator for our Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh offices, on her recognition by Triad Business Journal.

Lee-Grice was highlighted as part of the 2025 Leaders in Diversity list, which honors 12 individuals who are “going above and beyond to bolster equality.”

In addition to her leadership in our North Carolina offices, she serves as co-chair of the firm’s Belonging Network, a firmwide group that fosters open conversations about culture, identity and global traditions. Under her guidance, the network has become a welcoming space for building connections and learning from one another across offices and backgrounds.

In an interview with the Triad, Lee-Grice said her own lived experience as a Black American woman inspired her to advocate for others. “I’m motivated to champion the causes that create a rising tide that lifts all,” she said.

Lee-Grice brings that same spirit to her work on the ground. She leads numerous community outreach efforts in North Carolina, supporting organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, Guilford Elementary School and Union Hill Elementary School in High Point.

She also recently completed the nine-month Leadership Greensboro program, run by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Creative Leadership. Her classmates voted her “Chief Motivation Officer” and awarded her the PTA Award for “acting as the class parent.”
