Fox Rothschild congratulates Mitch A. Reid, who was elected First Vice President of the Denver Bar Association (DBA) for a one-year term.

In this role, Reid will serve on the Budget Committee, Joint Management Committee and serve on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees. He will help to further the DBA’s commitment “to tirelessly advancing and advocating for equity in the practice of law.”

A partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, Reid defends clients in complex commercial litigation involving disputes over health, disability, life and AD&D benefits, including ERISA and insurance bad faith claims. He has handled more than 100 complex commercial arbitrations involving managed care disputes with medical providers.
