Real Estate Attorney Mackenzie Sindelar Joins Fox Rothschild in Wilmington
Fox Rothschild welcomes Mackenzie M. Sindelar to the Wilmington, DE office as counsel in the Real Estate Department.
Sindelar guides clients through acquisitions, leasing arrangements and commercial transactions. She drafts and reviews contracts, conducts title work, and manages lender documentation and the full arc of pre-closing and post-closing processes.
In her land use practice, Sindelar represents developers and property owners seeking approvals for subdivisions, zoning changes, conditional uses, variances and special use exceptions. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and established connections within the community, Sindelar develops practical strategies that advance client and project objectives while meeting local government requirements.
Sindelar brings an environmental perspective to her work, holding an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law and early-career experience in environmental consulting.
She is on the board of the Committee of 100 in Wilmington and is a trustee and an executive committee member of the Sussex County Land Trust, where she also sits on the Land Acquisition and Property Management Committees.
Sindelar earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Delaware.
Before joining the firm, Sindelar was an associate attorney at Saul Ewing.
