Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Jeffrey R. Chang to the Princeton, NJ office as a partner in the Real Estate Department.

Chang guides clients through the land use approval process and provides strategic advice on commercial and residential purchase, sale, leasing and financing transactions. He frequently represents clients before zoning and planning boards to secure site plan, subdivision and variance approvals, and has appeared and/or filed land use applications in more than 100 municipalities throughout New Jersey. He also has experience obtaining approvals for warehouse and distribution facilities, multifamily housing, single family subdivisions, retail centers and mixed-use complexes.

Chang is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is fluent in Mandarin.

Chang received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.
