Sarah Rozek Elected to North Carolina Bar Association Business Law Section Council
Fox Rothschild congratulates Sarah M. Rozek, who was elected to the Council of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Business Law Section, where she will serve a three-year term.
The Council is the governing leadership body of the NCBA Business Law Section, leading efforts to monitor North Carolina business regulations, support practitioners throughout the state and advance the practice of corporate law. Among its duties, the Council proposes and tracks critical changes to state business laws and regulations and helps shape the NCBA’s legislative agenda before the North Carolina General Assembly on matters involving corporations, limited liability corporations, mergers and acquisitions, banking, securities and director liability.
An attorney in the firm’s Corporate Department and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, Rozek advises businesses and individuals on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. She represents clients across a variety of industries including health care, clean energy and nonprofit organizations, among others.
